FORUM RULES

REGISTRATION
1. The User who registers an account on the forum indicates that he accepts these Forum Regulations and is aware of responsibility for all movements made there.
2. When registering your account, you must provide a "real/current" e-mail address. Breaking this rule will result in your forum account being blocked.
3. The username should be decent, without profanity or offensive words.
4. One user can register only one account on the forum. Any others will be blocked and the original account will be the first to be informed about the precedent with a warning.

STATEMENTS
1. Radio Heaven Forum is a forum available to everyone and every user has the right to express their views and opinions.
2. Remember to use all options available on the forum, such as "search", do not duplicate topics, write correctly and in accordance with ethics and principles, do not use profanity or words commonly considered offensive, do not insult other users of the forum or shoutbox, don't write with caps lock, don't spam!
3. Do not write only in CAPITAL LETTERS and do not format the font unnecessarily.
4. It is strictly forbidden to use the color red on the forum. This color is intended only for forum moderators and administrators!
5. Place your posts in appropriate sections, which will make the work of forum moderators much easier. Forum administrators and moderators have the right to delete and edit posts/topics that do not comply with the Radio Heaven regulations.
6. Writing "Post under your post" is prohibited in all sections.

SHOUTBOX
1. Shoutbox is a publicly available place for conversations among currently logged in users of the Radio Heaven forum.
2. We require full culture in our statements, in which we do not use vulgar words and do not insult other Shoutbox users.
3. The use of the color red (as well as colors illegible to other users) and CAPS LOCK is completely prohibited within Shoutbox.
4. We do not incite quarrels or continue them - any disputes can be resolved privately, i.e. gadu gadu. This also applies to conversations in the style of "trolling" - for information about this term, please refer to Uncle Google - we care about a normal friendly atmosphere!
5. We do not advertise other radio stations, portals related to the competition and directing to the competition, as well as external radio and television broadcasts (other internet radios, pinotv and livestream platforms unrelated to Radio Heaven).
6. A complete ban on flooding, i.e. repeating the same message.
7. An absolute ban on spamming, which includes, for example, the multiplication of a word, a special character or an emoticon.
8. Failure to comply with any of the provisions of the regulations results in any penalty for the user chosen by the Moderator or Administrator of Radio Heaven, i.e. blocking from writing in the shoutbox or blocking the account for 40 minutes or warning or banishment for a period of 30 days.

ADVERTISEMENT
1. We do not post advertisements, links to other radio stations or portals that do not cooperate with Radio Heaven on the forum or in the shoutbox - for each such advertisement you will receive 1 warning and a ban for 24 hours.
2. There is also a ban on advertising other radio stations or competitive portals with avatars, signatures and signatures - for this you will receive 2 warnings and a ban for a period of 7 days.
3. By registering on the forum, you also consent to receiving e-mail correspondence from the administration related to the website radiotp.pl

NEWS via. E-MAIL/PM
1. E-mails/PMs from our forum are not SPAM in any way.
2. If you do not want to receive advertising/informational messages, please notify the administration.
3. You have the right to report spam from other users to the administration.
4. If you witness receiving an erotic/pornographic link/ad that violates Polish law, immediately notify the radiotp.pl Administration, which will take immediate action against the spammer.
5. If you received a PM advertising another website, report it!

DELETION OF POSTS/TOPICS/ACCOUNT AT THE USER'S REQUEST
1. The administration and Moderators have the right to delete posts/topics at the request of the user who is the author of the post/topic.
2. This request should be presented publicly in the topic of the post/topic to be deleted.
3. The request to delete a topic/post should include a reason for this action.
4. An account registered on the forum cannot be deleted later for safety and security reasons so that one person can set up subsequent accounts.
5. In extreme cases, the account is deleted in consultation with the user - each new account after deleting the old one will be irrevocably blocked.
6. Posts and topics of a deleted account remain intact and will not be deleted.

FINAL PROVISIONS
1. The above rules should be followed by all users.
2. It is also the user's responsibility to read the regulations of individual sections.
3. People who do not comply with the regulations will be punished.
4. Breaking any rule results in the following consequences:
- warning via "private message"
- warning (one warning disappears after 90 days from the date it was sent)
- blocking of writing posts (for a specified period of time)
- account suspension (for a specified period of time)
- blocking the account (entrance to the forum), the so-called BAN
5. The Radio Heaven Administrator or Moderator is not obliged to warn a user who breaks the regulations, and therefore the user receives an immediate penalty.
6. Reference to any of the above-mentioned penalties imposed by Moderators is possible in the appropriate topic in the 'Regulations & Information' section.
7. The Administrator and Moderator are not obliged to publicly justify their decisions.
8. Administrators and moderators reserve the right not to comply with some points of these regulations and to change them.
9. Users who moderate the forum have the right to delete and edit the content of posts that do not comply with the regulations.
10. If you have any comments regarding compliance with the forum regulations, please contact the admin (PM or e-mail).
11. The Regulations enter into force on the day of their publication.
12. Radio Heaven administration reserves the right to change the above regulations at any time, while informing the users of the Radio Heaven forum about these changes.

EVERY USER, ADMINISTRATOR, PRESENTER OR PERSON BEING IN THE RADIO HEAVEN TEAM, REGARDLESS OF WHAT FUNCTION THEY HAVE ON THE RADIO AND ON THE FORUM, SHOULD HAVE RESPECT FOR THE OTHER USERS OF THE FORUM AND THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE PRINCIPLE TO HAVE AT ALL LE OPPORTUNITY TO BE IN THE COMMUNITY RADIO HEAVEN.
